It is my pleasure on behalf of the Council of Governor's of Multiple District 37, to welcome all to Lethbridge and the Multiple District Convention of 2007. The Host Committee has worked very hard to assemble an inspiring, interesting and informative program for this convention.
Assemblies such as this provide us with the opportunity to renew the friendships that many of us have made over the years. This year we also have the unique privilege of playing a role in the election of a candidate to represent our Multiple District as an International Director. We all wish the best to Lion Dr. Patti Hill in her quest to become this representative.
The City of Lethbridge and the Lethbridge Convention Host Clubs are to be congratulated on all their work to make this convention a success and I do hope that everyone enjoys the convention and takes home many cherished memories.
